Drop Shipping with Shopify & Aliexpress
In my opinion this has to be the quickest and most direct route to making a lot of money online without having much money to invest up front, or time to grow your brand.
And while I can’t guarantee anything as I can not guarantee your effort, when it comes to potential, this has got to be the cheapest and easiest way I have ever seen to make a lot of money fast.
How to Make Money With Shopify & Aliexpress (Drop Shipping – Almost No Money Down Approach)
As with any business there are risks to using this method. But the secret to business success is to minimize the risk, not eliminate it.
So we are going to minimize the risk by:
- Purchasing zero inventory up-front
- Selling products that are essentially guaranteed to sell
- Targeting customers who are essentially guaranteed to be interested
- Using proven software
- Adding a hefty mark-up
- Starting with a minuscule ad budget
- And limiting potential losses
Let’s Begin
Step 1
The first thing you are going to do is go to Shopify and create your account. If you don’t know what Shopify is, they are a fully hosted e-commerce platform. They make setting up your online e-commerce store as simple as possible. It’s literally plug and play. And since we are using Shopify and Dropshipping, you can literally sell in the United States from anywhere in the world.
Step 2
Choose your products. Remember how I said that we were going to choose products that were essentially guaranteed to sell. Here’s how we are going to do that. Go to Amazonand find products that sell really well. Let’s say for the purposes of this example we are going to set up a Shopify store that sells athletic wear. After all, Athletic wear is a $44 billion market in the US alone.
So I search “Yoga Pants” and choose items that have a lot of reviews. This one for instance has over 3,000 reviews. Now that’s a product that’s guaranteed to sell.

Step 3
Go to Aliexpress and find an item that’s nearly identical. You are going to be looking for a couple of key points.
Make sure the products you choose has:
- Good Reviews 4.5 stars and above
- More than 25 orders
- Ships to US with epacket
Once you have your winning products that check all the boxes. Use these products to fill out your Shopify store. You can use stock images but write your own product descriptions.
What you are going to do is:
- Pre-sell the items from your Shopify store
- Drop Ship them directly to your customers from Aliexpress using epacket shipping AFTER the money is already in your account. You just enter the buyer’s information when you purchase the product.
There’s only two things you have to do to ensure success. Let your customers know that Free Shipping is going to take approximately 10 days or more, but you will provide them with a tracking number, and let the Aliexpress seller know that you are Dropshipping so “please don’t include a packing slip or promotional material” which they are happy to do to have your repeat business.
The great thing is the markup. These sell on Amazon for $20 because of all the competition. You eliminate the competition when you set up your own Shopify store so you could easily sell these for $40.
That’s $23 profit for 2 minutes worth of work.
How do I know you can charge that much?
Take a look at Lululemon. They are selling similar pants for $98

Now I am in no way implying that the two pants are identical. Lululemons are going to be much higher quality. There is no doubt about that.
But a lot consumers are willing to take a lower quality item if they can get $40-$50 off.
Remember, we are not trying sell to everyone. Just 20 sales a day would be over $14,000 per month. 100 sales per day would be $71,000 a month or over $800,000 per year.
Ok, that’s great. But how am I going to sell 20 of these a day.

Step 4 Facebook Advertising
Facebook targeting is so awesome you can literally target “Women interested in Yoga Pants”
Look below…430,000 women from the United States who are specifically interested in “Yoga Pants.”

Now that’s a Hot List of Potential Buyers
Just start out with small ads, $5 a piece until you find one that works…then scale to the moon.

So to Recap:
- Sign up for your free trial at Shopify
- Find a hot product on Amazon
- Find a similar product on Aliexpress that offers shipping with epacket to US
- Fill your Shopify store with the products
- Drive traffic with targeted ads on Facebook
- After you receive payment, fulfill the orders with Aliexpress and ship directly to your customers
- Use a Free Shopify App called “aftership” to automatically give your customers a tracking number of the shipment.
Sure there’s risk here. I’m not guaranteeing in any way that everyone who follows this method is going to make $15k a month. Some will probably even fail. But I have been in this game a long time and this is about as good as it gets in my opinion for almost no money down.
